<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a <strong>Specialist C</strong><strong>ommunity Occupational Therapist</strong> to join our multidisciplinary team at <strong>Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre</strong><strong>, SP1 3NR</strong>.
