Using a trauma-informed approach they help staff consider the impact of developmental trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) on a young person’s emotional and/or behavioural presentation so that staff can tailor their interventions accordingly and/or identify any additional service/professional who needs to become involved.
