Main duties of the job

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous chef to create fresh nutritious meals for our residents by way of using the best fresh ingredients available. This role requires a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and have the creative flair to showcase high-level hospitality. The duties include straight shifts and no evening work, providing a balance of work and life quality. You will be part of a fully supported induction, which covers the technical skills required in healthcare and offers an opportunity to mentor our teams as part of the Chef academy.   • Previous experience as a sous chef or in a similar role, ability to create nutritious meals using fresh ingredients, leadership skills, and a creative flair for high-level hospitality. Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
