Job overview

Due to the recent development of our Assessment and Liaison Services, we are in an exciting position to be able to offer a new and challenging opportunity to join us as a forward-thinking, highly motivated, innovative, dedicated and experienced social worker in our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment (CRHT) Team in North Lincolnshire.

CRHT is a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) that provide 24/7 urgent clinical triage and advice via the crisis telephone line, as well as conducting urgent and emergency mental health assessments for people in crisis. In addition to this, the team also provides intensive home treatment to those individuals admitted onto the caseload as an alternative to hospital admission. The CRHT also act as gatekeepers for all inpatient admissions, crisis house admissions and facilitate early discharge from the inpatient wards.

Our culture at RDaSH is integral to upholding both the values and professional standards of social work, as well as those of our organisation. We are committed to trauma-informed care for the people we support, and for our staff.

Your experience as an RDaSH employee will begin with a robust Trust induction and continuing professional development (CPD) will be supported by dedicated monthly Trust Learning Half Days.

This is an excellent opportunity for a social worker who is passionate about crisis intervention, recovery‑focused care, and collaborative MDT working.
