As a Social Worker in the Adult Learning Disabilities Team, you'll support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, make informed choices and achieve the best possible outcomes. - Ability to demonstrate confident and effective judgement about risk and accountability in your decision making.
- Experience of chairing meetings.
- Experience of completing capacity assessments and arranging and contributing to best interest meetings.

- Ability to time manage, self- prioritise workload and have good organisational skills.

- Knowledge and direct experience of working with computer based recording systems (RiO).
