As a Social Care Worker your main duties include –
- Delivering a person centred approach to delivering a high standard of flexible and responsive care and support to residents.
- Leading a team of dedicated workers in promoting strong leadership, working with transparency and integrity through open lines of communication
- The safe administration of medication.
Previous experience in a social care setting is essential.
