We are looking for a motivated and caring person to join our dedicated team and provide vital day centre support to vulnerable people, including those living with moderate to severe dementia. At our centre, every day is about enhancing quality of life, promoting independence, and creating moments of joy. With the guidance and support of senior staff, you’ll work alongside day centre colleagues and management to contribute to personalised care plans that truly make a difference. ✨ What you’ll do:
✨ What you’ll do: · Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support. · Collaborate with day centre workers to ensure the best outcomes for service users. · Help maintain daily routines in both the centre and community settings. · Offer personal care with dignity and respect. · Escort clients safely on the minibus to and from the centre.
🕘 Hours: 9–5 pm, Monday to Friday (with exciting plans to expand to 7 days per week in the future).
