NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred. Located in the heart of Wigginton village, the service offers a welcoming environment with excellent local transport links and easy access to the M6.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Promote independence, dignity, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
- Supervise, coach, and develop support staff within a positive team culture.
- Ensure care plans, records, and practices meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Coordinate shifts, manage daily activities, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
