Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: Across a 7-day rota, including two weekends per month Shift Times: Shifts may start from 7:00 am, with some finishing at 10:00 pm Nightingale is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. Residents We Support:

• Adults from the age of 18 years
• Individuals w ith a diagnosis of autism & learning disability
• May present with behaviours that challenge
• May have communication challenges
• May have associated complex needs
• Are subjected to DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards) or Care Orders

Your day-to-day

• Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
• Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe & clean environment for all
