Priory Daffodil House is a residential service in Pontypridd, South Wales. We provide support to males and females between the ages of 18 and 65, who are on the autistic spectrum who may also be presenting with complex needs.We aim to help residents create and achieve goals, in order to lead a fulfilled and enriched life.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care
- Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers, role allocation, and effective communication.
- Ensure residents have person-centred plans in place and are supported to participate in meaningful activities.
- Deliver team supervisions and contribute to professional development.
- Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
- Manage service users’ finances and contribute to budget management in accordance with policy.
- Complete and oversee accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with legislation.
- Monitor and support team performance, addressing immediate operational issues as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge to ensure safe and effective practice.
