Main duties of the job

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker who is experienced and motivated to join our Wiltshire Service based in Semington Trowbridge. The role involves overseeing and delivering high-quality support to female clients with learning disabilities and/or autism. Responsibilities include both hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks. You will help clients live safe, happy, and meaningful lives, ensuring their care is consistent and person-centered. You must have strong communication skills, the ability to engage and motivate clients, and be a supportive team player. A Full UK Drivers licence and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification are required, and you must be willing to work towards Level 3. This is a full-time role where your week will be split between providing direct support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks.
