Service users will only receive treatment on Fletcher Ward if their mental health condition cannot be safely managed in their own home, or with support from our community teams.

On Fletcher ward we aim to provide a holistic approach to recovery and rehabilitation within a safe environment. We value positive risk taking to enable clients to move forward with their lives and promote recovery. We aim to provide person-centred care in every aspect of our role and promote patient involvement in their care and treatment plans. Within the Fletcher team, we all try to listen calmly, respectfully, and patiently to others and treat everyone in a kind courteous manner. We will all try to be open and honest and work together to promote positive change and recovery.
