Reporting directly to the Director of Capital Development, you will be responsible for the effective management of the Trust's property portfolio across its multi-site estate, including all freehold and leasehold interests, licences to occupy, wayleaves, easements, rent reviews and lease renewals. Main duties of the job

You will manage the Trust's portfolio of freehold and leasehold property interests, maintaining an accurate and up to date property and asset register of leases, licences, wayleaves and easements. You will lead on lease renewals and rent reviews, negotiating with tenants, landlords, agents and the District Valuer or other retained valuers to protect the Trust's financial and legal position, and will monitor lease events, including break clauses, rent review dates and lease expiries, escalating risk ahead of critical dates.
