Senior Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital | Physiotherapy | Permanent contract | Part time | Up to £46,500.00 per annum (Pro rata), dependent on experience 16 hours per week We are proud to offer an exceptional opportunity for a talented and ambitious Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our diverse multi-speciality physiotherapy team. This role is ideally suited to a clinician who is passionate about musculoskeletal care and driven to deliver outstanding patient outcomes, working collaboratively within a high-performing multidisciplinary team of orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, nurses, and allied health professionals. You will bring a high level of clinical expertise, with advanced assessment, diagnostic, and rehabilitation skills, alongside a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development. As a Senior Physiotherapist you will;
Deliver excellent clinical care on the wards that is evidence-based, Safe, Effective, Caring, Well-led and Responsive to our patient's needs.
Ensure on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided
Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes
Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council
Demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning underpinned by robust assessment and diagnostic skills
Be able to develop effective, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient needs
Utilise a repertoire of treatment modalities such exercise programming, motivational interviewing and manual therapies
Demonstrate solid evidence of continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Be a competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills
