Job overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our Unplanned Care Therapy Team. The post holder will have the opportunity to gain experience in working across our busy A&E, Assessment areas including frailty at the front door.
There are opportunities to engage in training and development, innovative practice and service development.
You will have professional support for your CPD from Band 7 Therapy team Leaders and support from Senior Therapists from other specialities as required.
The post may also require working with the other inpatient therapy teams to provide senior therapy support.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to come and join our teams.
Applicants ideally will have completed a broad range of rotations. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the 7 day service delivery on a rota basis.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist who is flexible and able to work under pressure.
They should have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a good awareness of supporting staff in their day to day management of caseload and in their continuing professional development.
They should be able to demonstrate that they have excellent clinical reasoning and problem solving skills.
