This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a busy and supportive ward-based pharmacy team, making a direct contribution to patient care across a range of specialties. Key aspects of the role include: Working in a patient-facing environment and supporting patients with their medicines Ordering, receiving and managing medicines to ensure wards have the medicines they need. Stock management and replenishment of medicines at ward level. Labelling, dispensing and preparing medicines following training and competency assessment. Communicating with patients, ward staff, healthcare professionals and service users. Supporting safe and effective medicines use across the Trust.
