It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes nearby including services to Reading and Basingstoke, and nearby train stations providing links into London.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Develop, implement and review person-centred treatment plans that promote independence, daily functioning and meaningful recovery goals.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical assessments, care planning, risk management and decision-making.
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance and supervision to junior occupational therapists, students and the wider therapy team.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure practice meets professional standards, Priory policies and best practice guidelines.
