We have an opportunity for a motivated and passionate Senior Mental Health Practitioner, to become part of our established team within Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
We work with individuals with severe and enduring mental health illness from the ages of 18 to 75, and we work in partnership with specialist mental health services/teams such as Eating Disorders Service and Home Treatment Team to facilitate high quality and effective integrated health and social care interventions.

Main duties of the job
This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.
Mid ICA Community Mental Health team is a progressive and recovery focused team with a strong emphasis on facilitating high quality, effective and evidence-based interventions with people who experience severe and enduring mental illness. We are a team of highly motivated and supportive professionals who work to ensure we empower individuals to independently manage their own mental wellbeing.
We are looking for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner who is confident and motivated with excellent communication skills and a professional background in mental health.
As an Integrated Community Mental Health Team member, you will have both a positive outlook and sense of humour to manage the challenges of working in a busy locality that extends to seaside towns and rural locations. You will have knowledge of general mental health problems, and the impact this may have on individuals and their treatment.
