Senior Marketing & Communications Officer -Recruitment & Staff Experience
We are looking for a creative and motivated Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to lead activity focused on recruitment and staff engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing our organisational and people strategies to life, influencing culture, strengthening engagement and making a tangible difference across the Trust.
Working as part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will plan and deliver targeted campaigns and high-quality content across a range of digital and traditional channels to showcase our people, promote the Trust as a great place to work, and highlight the difference we make for our communities. You will ensure that all communications are inclusive, accessible and aligned to best practice. Through this, you will support colleagues to feel valued, informed and connected, enabling them to deliver safe, high-quality care and improved outcomes for the patients and communities we serve.
Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status. Employment on a time limited visa doesnt guarantee sponsorship at point of expiry.
Main duties of the job
This is a pivotal time to join the Trust, with a newly launched organisational strategy and an upcoming People Strategy placing strong emphasis on culture, inclusion and continuous improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Working arrangements
- Full-time hours (37.5 per week) flexible and part-time arrangements will be considered
- Hybrid working with 2-3 days office based

Job responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Develop and deliver creative campaigns using a range of channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, video and events.
- Work closely with colleagues across the People directorate, including Human Resources, Organisational Development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion teams, to support key initiatives such as workforce, wellbeing, culture and engagement programmes.
- Create high-quality content such as stories, blogs, digital assets and promotional materials that showcase our people and promote the Trust as a great place to work.
- Maintain and improve content across our website and intranet, ensuring it is accessible, inclusive and engaging for all colleagues.
- Support recruitment events, staff initiatives and wider communications activity, including media responses and corporate communications where required.
