Job summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for highly skilled paediatric nurses to join our service.Within our Integrated Children's Community Nursing (iCCN) Service, we believe in providing exceptional holistic care and support to babies, children, young people (BCYP) and their families within Portsmouth and south-east Hampshire area. Our dedicated team is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young patients, promoting their health and well-being in a compassionate and nurturing environment. Main duties of the job
