Main duties of the job

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and management support within our Mindworks East Hub. This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery of care across the locality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with providing overall leadership and management support to the East Mindworks Hub
  • Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships across services in Surrey.
  • Working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient‑focused care.
  • Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.

  • Proven experience in managing and supervising clinical teams.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across services and disciplines.
