Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant at Andover, you will play a key role in helping individuals live independently and with dignity in their own homes. The position involves supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, and offering companionship. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality personal and domestic care, mentoring new care team members, and maintaining care standards through spot checks.
