We offer £13.46 per hour, a refer a friend scheme (up to £1000), outstanding career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, a Blue Light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Were looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3), and someone willing to work 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Your role involves delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, administering medication safely and accurately, contributing to and reviewing care plans, leading activities, outings, and meaningful engagement, and supporting and guiding team members.
