Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at our Critchill court care home, you will ensure that residents receive personal care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, while promoting their right to choice and independence. You will contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure their plans reflect their needs. Administering residents' medication safely, you will also lead and participate in trips, social engagements, and activities within the home. You may support new starters with shadowing and development and may lead the home in the absence of more senior managers.
