Main duties of the job
The role of a Senior Care Assistant at Agincare involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents with personal care, dignity, and independence. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will administer medication safely and accurately and contribute to and review care plans. The position requires leadership skills as you will support and guide team members, stepping up when needed. This permanent position offers a salary of £13.46 per hour, with benefits such as a refer a friend scheme with bonuses up to £1000, outstanding career development opportunities, and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5. Additional benefits include a Blue Light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay.
