ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for attending to the diverse needs of residents to provide quality, person-centered care. We require a minimum NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
