ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Main duties of the job

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for addressing the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centered care and support. Your responsibilities include supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants in conjunction with the Deputy General Manager and providing support to the clinical team in areas such as medication administration, assessments, and care plan reviews. This role requires respect for the dignity and preferences of residents and an ability to create a warm, welcoming, and dynamic environment. Candidates should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Opportunities for career development and training are available, with progression possibilities into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
