We are recruiting to a 12-month fixed-term, full-time Senior Autism Peer Support Worker post (37.5 hours per week).

The post sits within our CAMHS Intensive Support Team (Mental Health) in Shropshire, as part of a new multidisciplinary service supporting autistic children and young people experiencing significant distress and at risk of hospital admission.
Working within the THRIVE “Getting More Help” model, you will provide peer support to a small number of young people, their families and key stakeholders, helping to prevent poor health outcomes, reduce hospital admissions, so that people remain in their local communities, getting the right support.
Base options include Severnfields in Shrewsbury or Langley School in Telford.
