An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrator to join Community Care Services admin team. This role is to provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Intermediate Care Team based within Whytemans Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
The Intermediate Care Team is part of the wider Integrated Community Assessment and Support Service (ICASS), which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people in Fife by enabling individuals to stay independent in their own home or in their community wherever this is possible.
This post is part of Fife Community Care Service’s administration team. This post will play a critical role in the overall administration service. A high degree of accuracy is required to deal with the complex referral process and Rehab Support Worker’s rota management.
You should be educated to Higher, SVQ level 3 and/or have equivalent NHS experience. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and a knowledge of databases is vital as you will be required to manage an electronic referral system and database. Excellent telephone and communication skills will be essential as well as the ability to work flexibly including some public holidays. A positive outlook in relation to high quality customer care and team working is also required.
