<h2>Job Introduction</h2><p>As a SCPHN Health Visitor, you will join our Child & Family Wellbeing Service in Warwickshire, playing a vital role in improving outcomes for children and families across your local community. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and deliver the Healthy Child Programme, helping to give every child the best possible start in life. You will work proactively with families from pregnancy through the early years, delivering evidence-based public health interventions, reducing health inequalities and supporting children to thrive. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will build strong relationships with families, partner agencies and local communities, ensuring children and families receive the right support at the right time. At HCRG Care Group, we are a flexible-first employer. While you will have an office base, our teams work in agile and hybrid ways, helping you achieve a positive work-life balance.
