Job summary
Mansion House Surgery is looking to recruit a 4 or 6 session salaried GP to join our forward-thinking practice team. The Practice team comprises ANPs, MH nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physios and Paramedics.
The team has 5.5 FTE GPs.
Appointments at 15 minutes with a total of 21 contacts on a standard day.
The practice extensively uses AccuRx to communicate with patients and this includes the AccuRx triage process for patient appointments.
Salary - £10,500 to £11,500 per session dependant upon experience with the possibility for Partnership in the future. The practice supports the regular CPD session, fully pays the Indemnity insurance, 6 weeks annual leave, NHS Pension, mileage for very rare home visits.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a salaried GP who is a team player and able to offer the full range of General Practice services.
- 15 minute appointments
- total of 21 patients per day
- Very Few home visits
- Workflow administration Complete 80% of clinical (Docman) letters and 95% of LTC monitoring of bloods
The practice uses a full triage process for all patient appointments

Mansion House Surgery is based on the canal side in the market town of Stone in a modern, purpose built premises with a large car park.
The practice is actively involved with the Stone and Eccleshall PCN and is a training and research practice.

Job responsibilities
Salaried GP 4 or 6sessions per week Salary to be £10,500 to £11,500 per session.
Working day 8:30am to 5:30 pm with hour unpaid lunch
Day to include:
Morning surgery: 8:30am to 11:30 am
Evening surgery: 3:00pm to 5:30 pm
Surgeries to include 15 minute face to face appointments, 11 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon.
On call duties to be:
In ratio with sessions worked with other doctors in the practice
On call involves working in a hub session for half a day reviewing patient triages
During on call sessions support is offered to the Advanced Nurse Practitioner and any registrars in training as well as triaging in the hub.
Morning Hub: 8:00am to 1:00pm
Afternoon Hub 1pm to 6:30pm
