Job summary

Kingswood Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 4 sessions per week. We are flexible on start dates and are focused on finding the right person who shares our values and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Newly qualified GPs are welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

As part of the role, one day a week will be dedicated to the duty doctor rota, managing same-day clinical demand and providing support for urgent patient care within our experienced clinical team. At Kingswood, we believe that delivering excellent patient care starts with supporting the wellbeing of our team. We operate a total triage model. Previous experience of working in a total triage practice would be advantageous, but it is not essential as full support and induction will be provided. We are looking for a GP who is approachable, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care for our patients while contributing to the continued success and development of the practice.

We are an GMS, non-dispensing practice, operating a total triage model. We are a training practice, caring for approximately 10,500 patients, with a steadily growing list size. We are proud of the high standard of care we provide and are rated Good by the CQC. We consistently achieve excellent QOF outcomes and are committed to continuous quality improvement.
