
Job summary
Lincoln House Surgery is looking to welcome a salaried GP to our established and supportive team, on a fixed term contract until 31/03/2027. There is flexibility of 2, 4 or 6 sessions. We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment. Main duties of the job
Key information:
- In surgery sessions at either of our 2 branches located in Hemel Hempstead, supported by an efficient triage system
- No on-call sessions
- Realistic and sustainable workload expectations
- Strong day-to-day support from experienced GP colleagues and the wider team
- Opportunities to shape how we deliver care as the practice continues to evolve
- Providing high-quality, patient-centred primary care
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement
- Engaging in ongoing professional development
