We are seeking an experienced Salaried GP (48 sessions) who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality, safe, and effective primary care services to patients, including face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
- Manage a varied clinical caseload, including acute, chronic, and complex conditions, in line with best practice and current guidelines.
- Undertake home visits as required.
- Prescribe medications appropriately and in accordance with local and national guidance.
- Maintain accurate, clear, and contemporaneous clinical records.
- Participate in duty doctor/triage systems where required.
- Deliver patient-centred care with a strong focus on continuity and personalised treatment.
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met for both adults and children.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Adhere to clinical governance frameworks and support a culture of safety and learning.

Qualifications
Essential
- Fully qualified GP with current GMC registration and inclusion on the GP Register
- Experience working in UK general practice
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and continuous improvement
Desirable
- Experience in leading or supporting service development initiatives
- Interest in developing a specialist area or additional clinical responsibility
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
