To work as a qualified physiotherapist across five-monthly rotations in different areas of physiotherapy practice, guided and supported by specialist senior staff within each rotation.
- To be an autonomous practitioner assessing patients, defining treatment needs in relation to physiotherapy and carrying out this treatment for own caseload, maintaining clinical records.
- To be responsible for own continuous professional development as each rotation builds on previous experience enabling further development of clinical and managerial competencies.
- To be involved in audit.
- To take part in the weekend physiotherapy service and the emergency overnight on-call physiotherapy service.
