Priory Hospital Cardiff is looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join the team. Low secure 4 beds, male and females, 18+. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours. Located just a few miles outside Cardiff, South Wales, Priory Hospital Cardiff supports the NHS by offering low secure services for males and females with a personality disorder, a learning disability or a mental health diagnosis. Care is provided across three bespoke therapeutic placements (BTPs), each offering specialist, tailored treatment in the least restrictive environment possible.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.
- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
- Evaluate and respond to changes in patient’s condition and needs.
- Deal proactively and effectively with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families / carers
