We are seeking an fixed term Administrator to work primarily within the Biomedical Research Centre: Oxford Health (BRC-OH). The BRC plays a key role in delivering translational research and enabling early-phase studies.
You will be well organised, flexible, and have strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage a varied workload, including work within core R&D functions. Main duties of the job
- Administrative support across the BRC/R&D Department, including word processing, document formatting, meeting support and senior diary management.
- Attendance at meetings, taking accurate minutes, producing action logs, and distributing key information in a timely manner.
- Supporting event planning and coordination (e.g., away days, small conferences).
- Day-day management of bespoke and non-bespoke R&D/BRC systems (full training will be provided)
