
Job summary
As a Relief Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to older people living in Jewish Cares residential and nursing services. You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred care, monitor residents health and wellbeing, administer medication safely, maintain accurate clinical records and respond promptly to changes in condition. Working alongside care colleagues, families and external healthcare professionals, you will help maintain high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding and dignity, while supporting and guiding care teams during shifts. This flexible relief role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to residents physical, emotional, social and psychological wellbeing, helping them to live well and with dignity in later life.

About the Role

You will:

About You
We are looking for compassionate and professional nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
You will have:
Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN A Nursing degree (Bachelors or Masters) At least 1 years nursing experience in a care or clinical setting Experience leading or supporting care teams Experience administering medication and maintaining accurate records Strong communication and organisational skills A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
Experience working with older people and individuals living with dementia is desirable.

Working Pattern
This role is for relief/ bank on a casual as and when required basis to cover absence.
Shifts are:
7:45 8:15 (12.5 hour shifts including breaks) 11.5 hours paid due to 15-minute handover meetings
