
Job summary
Priory Hospital Newbury, located in Berkshire, is a level 2 rehabilitation service which supports male adults with mental health needs, who are working towards a life back in the community. We also provide an acute service, for local male and female patients who are in crisis and require a short admission for support. It also offers excellent transport links
Main duties of the job
- Assess and respond to client referrals, creating effective, person-centred therapy plans.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.
- Manage a caseload, maintaining regular communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Keep accurate clinical records, reports, and case notes.
- Provide guidance to colleagues and contribute to audits, research, and service improvements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure high-quality client care.
