Main duties of the job

As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent standards of patient care while supporting the Ward Sister and your colleagues. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating the care needs of your patients, with guidance and support from the ward manager, senior colleagues, and specialist nurses.
