Main duties of the job
- Provide a high-quality standard of care for patients in an environment conducive to learning for all staff.
- To ensure that relationships and own behaviour is managed in line with the Trusts competencies.
- Take charge of the ward/clinical unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse/Team Leader and deputy.
- Act as an advocate for patients at all time, to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered.
