Staff Nurse – Talent Pool

We are excited to offer you the chance to join our UCLH Band 5 Staff Nurse Talent Pool at University College London Hospitals (UCLH). This Talent Pool provides an opportunity to be proactively considered for upcoming Band 5 vacancies.

How It Works
1. Application: Submit your application to join the Talent Pool.
2. Interview: Attend a face-to-face interview with our nursing recruitment team. It is important that you only attend once you have received a confirmed interview schedule. This allocation will come to you from Trac.
3. Matching: If your interview is successful, we will begin matching you with current vacancies based on our needs and your suitability.
4. Placement: You may be placed within six months, depending on our vacancies and alignment with organisational needs, with the option to extend this period by an additional six months if necessary.
While in the Talent Pool, candidates may continue in their current employment or seek other opportunities elsewhere. Once a candidate accepts a position, a conditional offer will be issued, and pre-employment checks will begin.
