The postholder will assist the Senior Charge Midwife to deliver high quality evidence based woman and baby centred care. S/he will be involved in providing both individualised patient care and in planning, implementing and evaluating clinical care within all areas of the maternity service, ensuring compliance with NHS Lanarkshire’s policy and procedures and maintaining statutory requirements in accordance with the NMC.
