What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), I provide person-centred care by assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care tailored to patients' individual needs. I monitor patient progress, update care plans, respond to changes in condition, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care. I prioritise and delegate nursing responsibilities, act as nurse in charge when required, and maintain professional standards by adhering to safeguarding, medicines management, the NMC Code, and organisational policies. Committed to continuous professional development, I participate in clinical supervision, support newly qualified staff as a preceptor, and strive to deliver high-quality, compassionate care while promoting positive outcomes for patients and their families.
