Registered Mental Health NurseLlanarth Court, Raglan£36,296 - £42,073Llanarth Court is looking to recruit a Registered Mental Health Nurse - Nights to join the team. We have a 95 secure beds, male and female, 18+ and BTPs 3 secure, 2 R&R. This is a full time role of 37.5 hours. We also have an additional facility within the grounds of the hospital, offering opportunities for individuals who require bespoke packages of care, as part of our bespoke therapeutic placement (BTP) offering. We are a sector leading example of how providing a wide variety of care settings and a clear care pathway in the direction of recovery, can benefit all individuals.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.
- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
- Evaluate and respond to changes in patient’s condition and needs.
- Deal proactively and effectively with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families / carers.
- Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Multi-Disciplinary team
