Located just a 10-minute walk from Stroud town centre, with excellent local transport links, we provide a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where young people are supported to thrive and make positive progress.
What you'll be doing
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
- Quality & Safeguarding: Maintain high-quality care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies while embedding robust safeguarding practices.
- Ofsted Readiness: Lead the home through regulatory inspections with a drive to achieve and sustain ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
- Team Development: Recruit, inspire, and retain a high-performing care team through active supervision, development, and strong leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective working partnerships with local authorities, social workers, and external multidisciplinary teams.
