We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our busy Resourcing Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, recruitment experience and a passion for providing a high‑quality service to colleagues across the Trust.

In Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH), we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care — and this starts with recruiting excellent people. In this role, you will help shape our recruitment service and ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for candidates and hiring managers across the Trust.

We have three post available one is a permanent contract and the other two are secondment with Aug 2026 and Dec 2026 end dates, respectively.

Main duties of the job

To provide an efficient, customer‑focused front‑of‑house and administrative recruitment service for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. And support the delivery of safe, timely and values‑led recruitment by ensuring high‑quality administration, excellent customer service to candidates and staff, and full compliance with pre‑employment standards.

  • Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Therefore, please be advised that if you are a Student visa holder, we will not be able to offer you a full time permanent contract unless you have: -       applied for a Graduate visa -       or you will have successfully completed your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment -       or the Trust has agreed that they will Sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment
