Job Summary You will be an integral part of the Radiotherapy team working in the Bexley Wing at St James Hospital in Leeds. Your role will consist of: Using the patient scheduling system to book and amend patient appointments Communicating appointments to patients via telephone Dealing with ad-hoc queries from staff and patients in relation to patient appointments
Main duties of the job
Why you should join our Team You would be a key element in the workflow of the largest single site Radiotherapy centre in the UK. We process 150-200 referrals per week for patients requiring cancer treatment from a diverse population across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas. You would play a vital role in ensuring cancer patients receive treatment within government target timescales, contributing to achieving the best outcome for cancer patients.
