Radiology Administration Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, motivated, dynamic administrators to join our friendly department at Croydon University Hospital. The successful candidates will work as part of the Radiology Administration team to ensure that admin processes are completed and participate in appointment bookings and reception duties. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility and reliability and must have an organised approach to work. They will be required to work closely with all members of the radiology team including radiographers, sonographers and radiologists. Posts available (please indicate preference when applying) – 1 full time post working 37.5 hours per week 2 x 0.5wte (18hrs 45 mins per week) to work – Thurs 15:45-19:30, Fri 15:45-19:30, Sat 08:30-12:15, Sun 08:30-12:15 and Mon 15:45-19:30. 2 x 0.5wte (18hrs 45 mins per week) to work - Thurs 15:45-19:30, Fri 15:45-19:30, Sat 12:15-16:00, Sun 12:15-16:00 and Mon 15:45-19:30. Please note that until fully trained you will be required to work the contracted hours during the week i.e. times between 9am-4pm. Once competencies have been completed, the hours will revert to those agreed as above. We are currently not supporting applicants who require two-tier sponsorship. To ensure that appointments for Diagnostic Imaging procedures are arranged within waiting time targets To offer an efficient and professional clerical/reception service to all those using the Diagnostic Imaging department
