Our purpose-built hospital has been established since 1968. With 40 en-suite bedrooms, a busy outpatients and pre-assessment departments. We also provide a diagnostic imaging service (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography and X-ray), pathology, paediatric unit, surgical recovery ward, cancer care unit, 3 state of the art operating theatres and physiotherapy services.

Job responsibilities

Radiographer Tunbridge Wells Hospital | Diagnostic Imaging | Bank Ad-Hoc | Part-time Up to £23.50 per hour depending on experience Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. State-of-the-art equipment and more time to focus on what matters. We're the UK's largest Healthcare Charity and this is the career you've always wanted. We'll ask you to see each patient as an individual, carrying out your role with understanding and empathy. As a Radiographer at our hospital, you'll bring high levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you're caring by nature. You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a postgraduate qualification and excellent teamwork skills. As a Radiographer, you will:

Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service

Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre

Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities

Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures

Supervise and develop junior colleagues

Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
